My name is Bridget Marcus, and I’m a passionate lover of Jesus, a mom to two amazing boys, and a daughter of the King. I live in Central Alabama, and my journey with the Lord began when I was adopted into His Kingdom at age 17—nearly 21 years ago. Since then, He’s been writing a story of redemption, identity, and purpose that I now get to share with others. Though I’m not one for titles, I’ve been called a seer and a prophetic intercessor. Jesus is my best friend, and from a young age, He gave me dreams—powerful visions of helping people break free from the enemy’s camp, unlocking doors of freedom, and closing doors that keep the enemy out. I know now these were glimpses of the call He placed on my life. In prayer, the Father told me: “Feed My sheep. Share My heart. Help bring others into the fold.” That’s what this ministry is all about.

After serving faithfully for 17 years at Mt. Bethel Baptist Church in Clanton, Alabama, He transitioned me to The Church at Bethel, a nondenominational church in Thorsby, AL. It was there that I truly encountered the Father’s heart and began walking in deeper revelation of who I am as His daughter.

In 2022, I began attending TM School of Ministry in Birmingham, where I was trained in counseling, inner healing, and deliverance. Although I didn’t complete the certification, that season equipped me with invaluable tools led by the Holy Spirit to help others walk in freedom. Now, in 2025, I serve at House of the Promise, a Holy Spirit filled church located in Clanton, AL—my current place of growth, alignment, and encounter.

Each step, each transition, has been a divine setup for deeper healing, freedom, and intimacy with the Lord. I've found freedom from religion, shame, and fear—and stepped into beloved identity. And now, it’s my joy to help others do the same.

My Heart & Mission

My desire is simple: To help you discover the root issues that may be holding you back, and walk with you as you step into wholeness, identity, and freedom in Jesus.

Through prophetic encouragement, intercession, biblical truth, and Spirit-led counsel, I’m here to reflect the heart of the Father to you—so that you too can walk boldly into your God-given destiny.

This journey with Jesus isn’t always easy, but it is so worth it. There's no adventure like the one you take with the One who gave everything for you.

So, welcome! Whether you're just starting your walk or have been following Him for years, know this: He wants to speak to you, and He wants to walk with you daily.

Get into the Word. Get into the secret place. Get to know Him. He’s waiting for you... May the Lord bless you and keep you always.

With love,
Your sister in Christ,
Bridget xoxo

What is a Prophetic Intercessor & Seer?

Understanding the Role of a Seer & Prophetic Intercessor in the Church

What is a Seer?

A Seer is a prophetic person who receives revelation primarily through visions, dreams, and spiritual insight. While all seers are prophetic, not all prophetic people operate as seers. The term “seer” is used in Scripture (1 Samuel 9:9) and refers to those who “see” what is happening in the spirit realm and communicate what God reveals.

🔍 Functions of a Seer:

  • Receives visions and dreams from God that reveal His plans, strategies, or warnings.

  • Discerner of spiritual activity—seeing both angelic and demonic forces.

  • Helps the Body of Christ stay aligned with God’s timing, direction, and heart.

  • Often carries a watchman anointing, sounding the alarm or confirming what the Spirit is saying.

📖 Biblical Examples:

  • Samuel – “Come, let us go to the seer…” (1 Samuel 9:9)

  • Elisha – Saw into the spiritual realm (2 Kings 6:17)

  • Daniel & John – Received apocalyptic visions with heavenly blueprints

What is a Prophetic Intercessor?

A Prophetic Intercessor is someone who not only prays, but prays under the direct leading of the Holy Spirit, often through revelation, burden, or spiritual impression. They "hear" and "see" what God is speaking and respond in deep, targeted intercession.

🔥 Functions of a Prophetic Intercessor:

  • Carries burdens in prayer for individuals, churches, cities, and nations.

  • Intercedes according to God’s will, not just personal emotion or knowledge.

  • Partners with Heaven to war in the Spirit, stand in the gap, and birth God's purposes through prayer.

  • May sense atmospheres and be called to break strongholds through prophetic decree.

🔗 How do these giftings work together?

Seers and prophetic intercessors often operate hand-in-hand. A Seer may receive a vision and then step into intercession for what was revealed. A Prophetic Intercessor may suddenly gain spiritual sight as they pray, seeing pictures, hearing words, or sensing divine direction. Together, they protect, prepare, and equip the Body of Christ.

🌍 Why are these roles important in the Church today?

We are living in spiritually urgent times. God is raising up voices who:

  • See and sense what Heaven is doing

  • Intercede for what is on God’s heart

  • Alert the Church to spiritual warfare and divine opportunity

  • Help others navigate their own encounters with God

These gifts are not for self-glorification—but for service, alignment, and intercession on behalf of others.

🙏 Can anyone walk in this type of gifting?

While not everyone is a Seer or Prophetic Intercessor, all believers are encouraged to pray, seek God, and listen to His voice. These giftings are often sharpened through:

  • Time in the secret place

  • Spiritual maturity

  • Obedience and humility

  • Mentorship and accountability

If you feel drawn to these areas, ask the Holy Spirit to train you and begin to steward what He shows you with integrity and love.

What is inner healing & deliverance?

Understanding Inner Healing & Deliverance in the Life of a Believer

What is Inner Healing?

Inner healing is a Holy Spirit-led process where Jesus heals the wounds of the heart, soul, and mind that were caused by past trauma, sin, abuse, betrayal, rejection, or loss. These wounds—if left unhealed—can affect how we see ourselves, others, and even God.

Through prayer, biblical truth, and the presence of the Holy Spirit, inner healing helps bring freedom from:

  • Emotional pain

  • Word curses or lies believed about one’s identity

  • Unforgiveness or bitterness

  • Soul ties and generational patterns

It’s not about reliving pain—it’s about inviting Jesus into those places to bring restoration, clarity, and peace.

What is Deliverance?

Deliverance is the act of being set free from spiritual bondage, oppression, or demonic influence. While a believer cannot be possessed by a demon (because the Holy Spirit dwells within them), they can experience areas of their life where the enemy has gained legal access—often through trauma, unrepented sin, or generational iniquities.

Deliverance helps remove:

  • Spiritual strongholds

  • Demonic torment (fear, anxiety, addiction, etc.)

  • Blockages that prevent spiritual growth or intimacy with God

Deliverance isn’t scary or weird when done in the love and authority of Jesus—it’s a loving act of freedom, guided by the Holy Spirit.

Why is Inner Healing & Deliverance Important for Every Son or Daughter of God?

As sons and daughters of the King, we are called to walk in freedom—spirit, soul, and body. But many believers are still carrying unhealed wounds, spiritual baggage, or demonic influence that keeps them stuck in cycles of fear, shame, performance, and brokenness.

Jesus said in Luke 4:18,
“He has sent Me to heal the brokenhearted… to proclaim liberty to the captives… and to set at liberty those who are oppressed.”

Inner healing and deliverance help us:

  • Heal the root, not just the fruit

  • Break cycles of dysfunction

  • Discover our true identity and belovedness in Christ

  • Grow closer in intimacy with the Father without interference

It’s not about being “perfect”—it’s about being whole, and walking fully in the freedom Jesus paid for.

Do I Need Inner Healing or Deliverance?

If you’ve ever said things like:

  • “Why do I always end up back here?”

  • “I know the truth in my head, but my heart still feels stuck.”

  • “I keep struggling with fear, rejection, shame, or anger.”

Then it may be time to invite Jesus into deeper healing. Everyone’s journey is different—but He wants you fully free, fully loved, and fully alive in Him.
