The Father’s Heart: Owning Our Part & Choosing True Healing
Beloved, when conflict or hurt happens, it’s easy to rush to social media to share our pain or to justify ourselves. But the Father’s heart invites us to a better way — a way of humility, honesty, and personal responsibility.
“Examine yourselves, to see whether you are in the faith; test yourselves.” — 2 Corinthians 13:5
Things are rarely as one-sided as they seem. There are usually two sides to every story, and then there is God’s side — the only side that holds perfect truth and understanding. When we air our wounds in a public place, we risk spreading more pain instead of bringing healing.
The Father longs for us to come to Him with our hurts, to let Him reveal where we need to repent, forgive, and grow. This is the path to freedom.
“Create in me a clean heart, O God, and renew a right spirit within me.” — Psalm 51:10
Sharing drama online cannot heal a broken heart. But surrendering to God, seeking wise counsel, and allowing Him to transform us — that brings restoration and peace.
Let’s be a people who own our mistakes, honor others even in conflict, and seek God’s perspective above our own. True healing happens in His presence, not in public forums.
Father, teach us to take responsibility, to forgive, and to walk humbly in Your truth. Amen.
I post this in love!
